Yes. Through the AskBurg Knowledge Engine, you can connect PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, and REST APIs. Queries execute with role-based access control and never leak across tenant boundaries.

AskBurg runs on open-weight foundation models, adapted with our own LoRA fine-tuning on curated instruction data and optimised with 4-bit AWQ and GGUF quantization for fast, reliable, low-cost answers.

Yes. Like any AI assistant, AskBurg can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. It is tuned to say when it is unsure, but you should still double-check anything important before relying on it.

The Free plan includes generous daily conversational queries. Pro ($19/month) provides higher daily limits, faster streaming inference, and extended context windows. Organizations ($79/month for 5 seats, +$15/seat) adds shared team knowledge bases, custom RAG chatbots, and administrative controls. Both plans are currently available under early access at these launch prices.

RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. AskBurg ingests your content, stores it as vector embeddings, and for each question retrieves the most relevant passages before answering. This grounds responses in your actual data and reduces made-up answers. See the technical overview.

Common sources include PDFs and Office documents, websites and sitemaps, help centers and FAQs, tools like Notion and Confluence, Google Drive, Markdown and text, spreadsheets, and content from APIs and databases. The index refreshes automatically as your content changes.

No. Your data is used only to answer your questions through retrieval and is never used to train or fine-tune our models without your explicit opt-in consent. Each customer's knowledge base is kept in its own isolated, encrypted index.

You can add an embeddable web widget with a single snippet, integrate via our REST API and SDK, or connect channels like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Answers can include citations back to the source document.

Yes. White-label is available on special plans with your logo, colors, name, and a custom domain, with reseller options for agencies and platforms. In accordance with our Responsible AI Policy, all embeddable widgets permanently show "AI assistant" under the customer's brand so end users always know they are conversing with an AI. Data is isolated per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by access controls so the chatbot only surfaces what a given user is allowed to see. You can request deletion of your data and indexes at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AskBurg. AskBurg is built for adults and businesses and is not designed for or marketed to anyone under 18. Organizations deploying AskBurg chatbots must not make them available to users under 18 unless they have an executed written agreement with AskBurg AI Systems incorporating additional child-safety safeguards.
